In my retirement years, I have been able to read more literary works and have indulged in some research and writing on the works of popular authors whom I have enjoyed over a lifetime. I have published on Rex Stout’s Nero Wolfe and other mysteries and am also interested in Arthur Conan Doyle’s Sherlock Holmes tales. I am working on an analysis of Elizabeth Enright’s Gone-Away Lake juvenile novels.
